Dual Action Cleanse Review

Dual Action Cleanse is a controversial colon cleansing product. Many people claim that they took it and gained many health benefits from the use of Dual Action Cleanse. However, if you do any research about this colon cleansing product on the internet, you will find an overwhelming amount of Dual Action Cleanse complaints.

The colon cleansing program involved with Dual Action Cleanse, is very basic. It consists of two products, the Colon Clear Formula & Total Body Purifier. You take one tablet of each, every day for 30 days straight. dual-action-cleanse (24K)That's it. No fasting or teas to mix. But the use of tablets is concerning, because they are not as effective as capsules.

Company:

There is not much information about the company that manufactures Dual Action Cleanse listed on their website. We don't know if the company was created by a doctor, herbalist, or some random guy. This is very concerning to us. Especially since there are hundreds of complaints against this company.

C

Price:

The price of Dual Action Cleanse's colon cleansing program is $79.90, with no free shipping & handling. The S&H cost is an extra $9.95. Dual Action Cleanse gives you the option of taking $20 off the price of the cleansing program if you sign up for their "Auto-Ship" program. This is what the majority of complaints seem to be about. Most people complain that they did not want or request another round of colon cleansing supplements, but they were charged for one anyways. When they contacted the company, they were refused a refund. Of course, we do not know how accurate these accounts are, so read the complaints and take caution when ordering this product.

Common Complaints According to Dual Action Cleanse:

The customer service representative we spoke to claimed that one may experience "Flu-like" symptoms. When we asked for her to clarify, she said "stuffy head, but no runny nose." We asked her if anyone has ever called to complain of bloating or cramps, she responded with "no.... would you like to place an order now?"

Common Complaints According to Posts in Health Forums:

There is very little talk of Dual Action Cleanse in the various health forums on the internet. However, many of the complaints were of severe abdominal pain, recurring diarrhea, painful cramps, bloating, headaches, flu-like symptoms.

F

Product Label:

The label on Dual Action Cleanse's products, are very generic looking. Not alot of fancy graphics. One thing that concerns us, is the lack of an FDA Compliance Statement. Federal Law requires ALL dietary supplements to contain the standard FDA Compliance Statement, which Dual Action Cleanse doesn't have.

C

Product Website:

Dual Action Cleanse's official product website is very nice. It has a nice layout with all of the product information organized nicely on the page. The color scheme is easy on the eyes. The graphics look great. However, one major concern is the lack of Dual Action Cleanse Testimonials. They only offer four, really short testimonials. This is the only colon cleansing product that doesn't provide information about the people who give a testimonial. For all we know, these four people work for Dual Action Cleanse. Not very trustworthy.

They also offer a LIVE help option where you can chat directly with a Dual Action Cleanse representative. However, we attempted three times to chat with 'Sarah', the Dual Action Cleanse representative, but all three times we encountered problems. The first time, anything we typed, wouldn't show up on her screen. Second try, things were working fine, until we asked "Can you tell me something about the company that manufactures Dual Action Cleanse? Was it created by a doctor or herbalist?" We were promptly disconnected. Of course, this could've been an ill-timed coincidence, so we tried a third time. On this third and last attempt, they wouldn't respond to our intitial question of "hello?", after five minutes, we were disconnected again. Hardly a coincidence.

Guarantee:

According to Dual Action Cleanse's website and Terms & Conditions, they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Of course, there are stipulations that you have to agree to, just to qualify for a refund. The simplicity of this guarantee is not known. If you read the massive amounts of complaints, most talk about how hard it is to get a refund from this company. Make sure you completely read the Terms & Conditions of the guarantee BEFORE ordering their product.

Possible Consumer Concerns:

They use tablets, which are not nearly effective and harder to absorb than capsules. Also, the amount of complaints posted on various websites is very concerning. With the amount of detailed information, we wonder how many people haven't complained. Before considering this product, please take a long look at the following websites:
